At The Oodie, we want you to be completely cozy and satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve your experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to your original Oodie packaging.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
